Applicants are required to be Hamilton Southeastern district students in either elementary (K-4) or middle/junior high (5 – 8). Submitted designs must to include the festival’s slogan “Freedom Will Shine in 2009”, the title “2009 Fishers Freedom Festival,” maximum four colors, and no computer drawings were allowed. All designs depict a patriotic theme.
