For 28 years, the Fishers Freedom Festival has been bringing family and friends together in Fishers for a weekend to celebrate our country’s independence and showcase our community spirit. This free event attracts nearly 50,000 people from all over the United States annually.

In order to keep this event one of Indiana’s best; the Fishers Freedom Festival relies heavily upon the generosity of people like you through partnerships, donations and by advertising in our Festival Guide. The Festival needs your support in order to meet the expectations of our community.

For the City of Fishers, the idea of an annual festival was to create a memorable weekend for families in the community to join together with their friends and neighbors in wholesome activities to celebrate the freedoms afforded to Americans and to promote community spirit. To support our mission, the Festival Committee works with the community to promote volunteerism, philanthropy and goodwill. The committee also collaborates with other nonprofit organizations and local service organizations to provide an educational focus to the festival. Our goal is to provide an event that has little or no cost to those who choose to attend.

The 29th Annual Fishers Freedom Festival will be held on June 24-25, 2017 at Roy Holland Memorial Park. Admission is FREE and many of the activities are free so everyone can enjoy them!
