As everyone knows who volunteers for not-for-profit
organizations, raising money is the most difficult task there is. Creating
new ideas for raising funds is the most challenging. We are very fortunate
to have community businesses that believe in our goals and the Festival.
Without the tremendous support that we receive from local businesses
and residents, we would not be able to achieve those financial goals.
Fund-raising is the most important aspect of the Fishers Freedom Festival.
In the past, our annual fund-raisers fund at least one third of the
Festival's annual budget.

The Fishers
Freedom Festival Committee is currently conducting a fundraising drive
to help fund the 19th Annual Fishers Freedom Festival. The Fishers
Freedom Festival is a TAX DEDUCTIBLE, 501C3 volunteer not-for-profit
organization.
If
you have never been able to attend our annual event, which is always
held the last full weekend in June, you have really missed an enjoyable
family weekend.
Take a look at the photos of the 2004 event to see what
you missed! If you have just moved to this area, our two-day event
is the biggest festival in the county and the largest town festival in
the state. Over 45,000 people attended the festival this year. Virtually
everything is free of cost and some of our activities
include:

The Festival Committee is entirely funded by residential donations,
grants, booth fees, the business community and fundraisers. We are a
volunteer organization whose members donate their time and efforts in
planning and conducting this annual event. If every Fishers family would
contribute $25.00, our 2007 budget would be met.
Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution
today,
so that we can continue to help keep that hometown feeling for our
community. Please make checks payable to: Fishers Freedom Festival.
A receipt will be mailed to you upon request. 100% of all funds
collected benefit the Festival. All contributors’ names and
donations are kept strictly confidential.
Any family
contribution of $50.00 or more will allow you to have your name listed
in our annual booklet as a “Friend of the Fishers Freedom Festival.”
Over 35,000 booklets will be printed and directly
mailed to Fishers residents.
