Thank you to our long time sponsor of the Entertainment Tent 

Suggested Admission to the Festival canned Foods, NEW backpacks, school supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. Donation buckets will be passed around during the fireworks by the Fire Explorers and available all weekend to help support the FIREWORKS FUND. Light Up Necklaces will be sold at dusk for $3.00 each on Saturday and Sunday to benefit the Fireworks Fund.

Kroger Food Drive and Regions Bank School Supply Drive Tent   Open all day. Non-perishable food items and school supplies will be collected. The tent will be located in the parking lot of Roy Holland Memorial Park. Kroger grocery carts will be located all over the park for drop off points.

Business Vendors Tent Open until 4pm   Local businesses will be available to help festival patrons with information on what they can provide to our community. These vendors will be located in on the west side of the parking lot under the big tent.

Opening Ceremonies   Raising of the flag by Fishers Police and Fire Department, local Boy Scouts and the Fishers American Legion Post #470. Singer Karen Roudebush.  Located at the flagpole in front of the park building. The Community Health Network Royal Court will be crowned towards the end of the opening ceremonies.

Regions Bank Charity Basketball Shoot  This event is for all ages. $1.00 per 10 shots. Try and make as many as you can and become qualified for trophies. The basketball shoot will take place on the south end of the park at the basketball court. Trophies will be awarded to the top shooters. There will be separate age divisions as well as divisions for boys and girls. All proceeds will be donated to the “Roy Holland Backpacks for Kids” program. Open until 3pm

Children’s Tent co-sponsored by Fishers Star and Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent  Open until 8pm  Many hands on activities for children through age 12. Face Painting, Sand Art, Children’s Raffle and more! Adults must accompany children under six.

Teen Tent Open until 10pm with all types of games, Sponsored by Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs and the Hamilton County Tobacco Coalition.  Clarian North Medical Center will be sponsoring the FREE Climbing Wall and  M & I Bank will be sponsoring the FREE Water Balloon Launch Game (a maximum participation of two times per person per day), live teen bands. This tent is for youth ages 13 through 18 years of age.

Discover Scuba Bring your swimming suit and try out scuba diving. The swimming pool will be set up on the far north end of Roy Holland Memorial Park. FREE. Hosted by Indy MPH Watersports. Open until dark.

Indiana Regional Blood Drive until 1pm  All donors must be 17 years of age or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health.  The blood mobile will be in the parking lot.

Street Dance   Live Band featuring "Zanna Doo"  The dance will last until approximately 10pm  Grab your family and put on your dancing shoes and dance to the music from the 70’s to the 90’s. Light up necklaces will be sold for $3.00 each during the dance to help fund the festival activities.  This event is held rain or shine.  In the event of rain the band will perform under the big tent in the parking lot.

Inter-Denominational Church Service  Service will last until 9:15am  Cumberland Road Christian Church will be hosting the services and will be located in the St. Vincent Carmel Hospital Entertainment Tent.  Children's Services in the Park Building.

Community Health Network's Children’s Parade Line Up   Children participating in the Children’s Parade will need to be dropped off at Sunblest Boulevard on the east side of the part at Ellipse Parkway and walk to the starting position at Holland and Ellipse Parkway. Parents please DO NOT drop off your child at Holland Drive and Ellipse Parkway. The parade route will follow Ellipse Parkway and around the park and will conclude at the starting point intersection at Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. Parents can pick up their child just south of this intersection at the conclusion of the parade, but must not stop and/or block the intersection with vehicles.

Main Parade The parade will step off at Lantern Road and 116th street, west on 116th street to Holland Drive, north to the park entrance where it will disband at Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. Don’t forget your canned goods for the Kroger Food Drive and NEW backpacks, and school supplies for the “Roy Holland Backpacks for Kids” program sponsored by Regions Bank. Scouting units will be collecting your donations along the parade route.

 

 

6:30pm

“The Late Show” Band  Weather permitting, the stage will be set out in the grass just outside the St. Vincent Carmel Hospital Entertainment Tent. The band will play until the fireworks begin at dusk.
