Applications are due on April 15th
Each student chosen will receive a $1000 scholarship for their continuing education.

The Fishers Freedom Festival Scholarship Committee has established a continuing education scholarship in an effort to encourage community involvement in some of our younger Hamilton Southeastern School District residents.
Criteria for the Community & Life Scholarship:
* Residents of Wayne, Fall Creek and Delaware townships within Hamilton County and students of any local high school-level institution or ‘home schooling.’
* Community service.
* Volunteer work with various organizations such as, but not limited to, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, churches, Red Cross, local senior citizens assistance or other community organizations.
* Leadership.
* 2.0 GPA based on a 4.33 scale
* Extracurricular activities.
* Involvement in the Arts, athletics, clubs or youth organizations, 4-H, or other organizations. * * Acceptable Attendance.
The scholarships applications are judged on a point based system: Completeness of Application, Neatness, Attendance, Volunteerism, Leadership, and Extra-Curricular Activities. The requirements for the point based system will only be considered for grades 9 through 12.
