•5K Event/2 Mile Walk Registration- Sponsored By: Fishers Family Physicians, St. Vincent Physician Neywork. Located on the west-side of Roy Holland Memorial Park on the corner of Sunblest Blvd. and Ellipse Parkway. A donation of $5.00 for the 5K Event thru 6/23and $10.00 per family (up to 10 members) for the Two Mile Family Walk. Saturday, June 27, registration will begin at 6:15 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. with a donation of $8.00 for the 5K Event and $10.00 for the Family Walk. All proceeds will benefit the “Roy Holland Memorial Fund” and the “Backpacks for Kids” program which supports the Hamilton Southeastern School District. Register online at:

•UFO Major Disc Dog Competition Registration – Located on the large Babe Ruth baseball diamond on the west side of the park building.
9:00 AM
•Information Tent – Maps, information, lost and found and lost children. Located at the entrance into the Roy Holland Memorial Park. Open until 10:00 p.m.
•Kiddie Run - The Kiddie Run will take place on the ball diamond closest to the 5K Event on the west side of the park. This run is for children 9 years old and under. Special Guests are Fishers High School Tiger mascot and Butler Bulldogs mascot.
•Kroger Food Drive and Ameriana Bank School Supply Drive Tent – Suggested admission to the Festival is canned foods, NEW backpacks, school supplies, diapers, toiletries, NEW toys, books, puzzles, NEW and GENTLY used clothing. The tent will be located in the parking lot of Roy Holland Memorial Park. Kroger grocery carts will be located all around the park to drop off your items. Items will also be collected during the parade by local scout troops. Open all day.
•U.F.O. Major Disc Dog Tournament – Located on the small soccer field on the southeast side of the park.
•Juried Fine Arts and Craft Booths – Suggested admission: canned foods, NEW backpacks, school supplies, diapers toys, and clothing. Open until 8:00 p.m.
•Food Vendors – Open all day.

•Opening Ceremonies- Raising of the flag by Fishers Police and Fire Department, local Boy Scouts, Fishers American Legion Post #470, and singer Karen Roudebush. Located at the flagpole in front of the park building. The Community Physicians of Indiana Royal Court will be crowned towards the end of the opening ceremonies.
•Business Vendors Tent – Local businesses will be available to help festival patrons with information on what they can provide to our community. Open 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
•Ameriana Bank Charity Basketball Shoot – $1.00 per 10 shots. This event will take place on the south end of the park at the basketball court. Trophies will be awarded to the top shooters. Open until 3:00 p.m.

•Kids Entertainment – Located inside the park building and under the park building awning sponsored by Cumberland Road Christian Church.
11:00 AM
•Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent Children’s Tent – Many hands-on activities for children through age 12. Face painting, crafts, sand art, Children’s Raffle and much more! Adults must accompany children under six years old. Open until 8:00 p.m.
•Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs Teen Tent - All types of games and live teen bands, Community Physicians of Indiana’s climbing wall, and Godby’s Family of Home Services water balloon launch game (a maximum participation of two times per person per day for climbing wall & water balloon launch – Open 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.). This tent is for youth ages 13 through 18 years of age. Open until 10:00 p.m. Teen Tent is sponsored by Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs and the Hamilton County Tobacco Coalition.
•Discover Scuba – Bring your swimming suit and try out the scuba tank. The swimming pool will be set up on the far north end of Roy Holland Memorial Park. FREE. Sponsored by Indy MPH Watersports. Open until about 6:00 p.m.

•Indiana Blood Center Blood Drive – Please bring your driver’s license or two pieces of identification. The Blood Mobile will be available until 3:00 p.m.
•Microchipping for Dogs – $25 per dog (no credit cards) includes registration. Located by the Disc Dog competition on the southeast portion of the park on the path. Chipping will be until 3:00 p.m.

(The band will play in the St. Vincent Health Entertainment Tent in the event that it should rain.)

• Corn Hole Tournament – Sponsored by Sam’s Club Register online prior to June 23rd at www.fishersfreedomfestival.org or on Saturday and Sunday at the Information Tent. The tournament will be in the far northeast baseball diamond.
• The Primrose School at Gray Eagle and West Fishers Children’s Parade Line Up- Line up will be at Ellipse Drive and Holland Drive. Please DO NOT drop off your child at Holland Drive. Please park your car on a cul-de-sac near Sunblest Blvd., and walk your child to the starting point (FREE – There is no registration, just show up).

• The Primrose School at Gray Eagle and West Fishers Children’s Parade- The parade route will follow Ellipse Parkway and will end at the intersection of Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. All participants will receive a participation ribbon and a goodie bag.
• FREE Game Booths – Games and Children’s Bingo. These vendors will be located under the big top tent on the parking lot. Fishers Knights of Columbus will host the Children’s Bingo. Open until 2:30 p.m.

• Main Parade Line Up- 116th Street, Lantern Road, and Holland Drive will be closed sometime after 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
4:00 PM
• Main Parade - The parade will step off at Lantern Road and 116th Street, west on 116th Street to Holland Drive, north to the park entrance where it will disband at Ellipse Parkway and Holland Drive. Don’t forget your canned goods for the Kroger Food Drive and NEW backpacks and school supplies for the “Roy Holland Backpacks for Kids” program sponsored by Regions Bank. Local scout troops will be collecting your donations along the parade route.
Lantern Road north of 116th Street and 116th Street west of Lantern Road to Holland Drive will be closed from 3:00 p.m. until approximately 6:00 p.m. for the Main Parade. Surrounding streets may also be closed.
6:30 PM
• Pre-Fireworks Band-To Be Announced Weather permitting will perform in the grass just outside the St. Vincent Health Entertainment Tent. The band will play until the fireworks begin at dusk. Sponsored by St. Vincent Health. (The band will perform inside the tent if it rains).
AT DUSK (ABOUT 9:50PM)
• FIREWORKS
Suggested Admission: canned foods, NEW backpacks, school supplies, diapers, NEW toys, books, games, NEW or gently used clothing. Light up necklaces will be sold at dusk for $3.00 each to benefit the Fireworks Fund.
