PLEASE CONSIDER SPONSORSHIP, ADVERTISING, DONATING A SILENT AUCTION ITEM OR MAKING A CASH DONATION.

Our Two-Day Event is the biggest in Hamilton County and the largest town festival in the state.  Nearly 50,000 people attended the Festival in 2009. Admission and most Events are FREE to the public.

We need your support to make the Festival a success!

We are supported by Sponsorships, Grants, Business Community Donations, Fundraisers, Booth Rental fees, Resident Donations and the Town of Fishers.

The Fishers Freedom Festival is a 501C3 tax-deductible charitable organization. Although the Town of Fishers does contribute to this annual event, the Fishers Freedom Festival Committee must raise 71% of the annual budget. The 2010 budget is set at $297,000.

Items are needed for the Silent Auction which will be held at the Festival on June 26 and June 27, 2010.  Bidding on items will take place late Saturday morning through Sunday at 3:00 p.m.  You do not have to be present to win.  Items can be picked up Sunday at the Festival and up to 4 weeks after the Festival at the Festival Office.  You will need to call the Festival Office for office hours at 317-595-3195.  All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Roy Holland Backpack for Kids program for the Hamilton Southeastern School district, the Ken Wright Community and Life Scholarships and the Roy Holland Memorial Scholarship.
