Sponsored by the Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs, “Where the Music Is” is a place for young adults under 21 to listen to music with friends.  Saturday hours are noon to 10:00 p.m. where live teen bands play in the afternoon and an evening dance begins at 8:00 p.m. with a DJ.  On Sunday, it will open at noon until 3:45 p.m. and will reopen after the parade until 10:00 p.m.   The bands performing will be announced festival weekend.
