All items must be handmade by you. Commercial items for resale is not permitted.

This is a juried show.

Juried Fine Arts and Crafts Show

 

 

 

Show Time: Saturday, June 23, 2012 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 24, 2012 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

(You may stay open until 8:00 p.m. either day.)

Booth Space:

  • 10’ Across x 10’ Deep

(When applying for a booth please consider the size of your tent. If your tent has rope extensions, the extensions must be within the booth space).

Booth Fee:

  • $85.00 for the two-day show. Additional booth spaces are available at $55.00 each.

ITEMS HANDMADE BY YOU will only be allowed.

COMMERCIALLY MADE ITEMS FOR RESALE will not be allowed.

If we find you have commercially made items, you will be asked to remove those items or tear down immediately and you will not receive a refund for your booth fee. If we find any items that are not made by you, or receive any complaints from other vendors you will not be invited back to participate in future festivals. There are approximately 150 sites available. Most of the sites are wooded sites. The remaining sites are in the wooded area, but are not considered in the shade.

Applications must be post marked no later than March 1, 2012 to secure a booth space in the festival. If space allows, applications will be accepted through June 1, 2012.

Absolutely NO Soliciting or Unauthorized Vendors are Permitted in or Around the Park or Along the Parade Route. Violators May be Ticketed and Fined.
