Absolutely NO Soliciting or Unauthorized Vendors are Permitted in or Around the Park or Along the Parade Route. Violators May be Ticketed and Fined.
Organizations of a political nature will not be allowed. AT THIS TIME WE NO LONGER HAVE ANY VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE.
Once the Booth Fee has been received it is Non-Refundable or Transferable.
The Fishers Freedom Festival Committee will allow you to sell and/or promote your business upon the acceptance of your application. The rental or sale of rollerblades or skateboards will not be permitted. Please be aware the booths in this tent are for informational purposes only. Sales of product may be allowed upon prior approval. We do not guarantee success.
Tent Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Cost: $150.00 per booth
- Electrical: $25.00 per booth if available.
- Booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’
- Booth Rental is $150 for one day
Festival Corporate Sponsors will receive priority on booth locations.
Fishers Businesses will receive first consideration. – Applications must be in by February 15th.

Previous vendors and new businesses will be considered after the February 15th deadline. All applications are due by April 1st or until the tent become full, whichever comes first.
