Fishers Freedom Festival has partnered with the Hearthstone Coffee House & Pub located in Fishers (8235 E. 116th St.) for a few upcoming items available to any customer or resident.  For every beverage sold (excluding alcohol) through the end of June, Hearthstone has offered to donate $.10 to the Fishers Freedom Festival.

Also, on Saturday, June 15th from 10am to noon, Hearthstone is hosting a free event that will celebrate the upcoming Fishers Freedom Festival’s “Children’s Parade.”  The annual “Children’s Parade” is where children can be the parade participants at no cost.  Just show up with your patriotically decorated bike, tricycle, stroller, wagon, etc and ride it all the way around Holland Park during the festival on Sunday, June 30th.2012 Wagon Winner - Covey - C

This pre-event on June 15th at Hearthstone will have a bike decorating demo, patriotic craft ideas, coloring sheets, giveaways, and so much more.  Get some great ideas on how to decorate your bike in a simple, stress-free, and inexpensive way for when you eventually ride in the “Children’s Parade.”  If you can’t come, be sure to visit our Pinterest page for tips at http://pinterest.com/fishersfreedom/.

Meet the 25th anniversary festival T-Shirt design winner, Haili Brown of Riverside Junior High School, during this pre-event.  Brown was selected as the winner from approximately 2,000 Hamilton Southeastern Schools’ student entries.

In lieu of no charge at the pre-event, please consider donating a school supply for the festival’s ongoing program called “Roy G. Holland Backpack for Kids.”  Over a thousand backpacks have been assembled for children-in-need attending Hamilton Southeastern Schools since the year 2000 costing at least $100 each.

Located off 116th Street in the heart of Fishers, Hearthstone is a locally-owned and operated European-style coffee house and pub.  They offer amazing coffee, espresso, tea, beer, wine, & cocktails, as well as breakfast, lunch, appetizers, & dessert daily.
